In the context of the beginning of the review between the governments of Mexico and the United States, signatories of the Free Trade Agreement most relevant for Mexico, a meeting of the Board of Directors of INDEX, of which CONCE Consultores en Comercio Exterior is a member, is held. During this meeting, various current topics related to Sections 122 and 232 of the United States trade law were analyzed, which impact Mexico’s foreign trade operations, sensitive economic sectors, as well as the challenges and applicable regulations that must be considered in the coming months, which will be crucial for our area of action.
