Signing of collaboration agreement ANAPSA and COSTEP

South Texas and Mexico’s automotive supplier network are moving toward a more coordinated industrial relationship.

ANAPSA and COSTEP, Consejo para el Progreso Económico del Sur de Texas, signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at expanding collaboration, strengthening supply chain ties, and opening new opportunities for automotive suppliers across the U.S.–Mexico border.

The agreement builds on a regional tour designed to showcase the Rio South Texas Region as a platform where manufacturing capacity, logistics infrastructure, incentives, and cross-border connectivity come together for companies exploring U.S. expansion.

More than a symbolic step, this MOU reflects a broader effort to create long-term links between complementary industrial ecosystems and move binational growth conversations into a more structured stage.
